How we work.
Most agencies route an enquiry through whoever is free. We do the opposite, because the useful thing about a small firm is that the person who answers has already stood in the property.

One advisor, start to finish
Whoever introduces a residence stays with it — through the viewing, the negotiation and the handover. You are not passed to a colleague halfway through, and you never explain yourself twice.

Availability and the final figure are checked with the owner before a viewing is arranged. It is the reason we sometimes tell you a listing is already gone instead of showing it to you anyway.
