New buildings from one contractor, built to one specification under one lead engineer. They own them and they sell them; we introduce them — and they reach our register before they are listed anywhere.
Your property run from here while you are somewhere else. Tenants found and checked, rent and dues collected, repairs arranged and supervised, and the place inspected four times a year whether or not anything is wrong.
A written opinion of what a property is worth, with the evidence attached. Before you list, before you offer, or because someone has already given you a number and you would like a second one.
The one service that is not about a property. We build the website, the social-media blueprint and the brand identity for other agencies and developers — as a brokerage that knows what a listing page has to do at eleven at night.
On fees: all four are quoted per instruction and confirmed in writing before any work starts. There is no rate card on this site, for the same reason there are no prices on the listings — a figure that has to be qualified in the next sentence is not information.

Every enquiry goes to a person, not a queue. The property three overlap more often than they look like they do: an evaluation frequently turns into a management instruction, and a management client is usually the first to hear about a new building.
