The Circles, first through fifth.
The old spine of west Amman. Each roundabout has its own character, from the low-rise streets around the 1st Circle to the taller, newer blocks near the 4th and 5th.
What the stock looks like
We currently hold 18 residences across the Circles — 12 to rent and 6 to buy. It is the one part of our portfolio where sales are a meaningful share rather than an exception.
Sizes run from compact two-bedrooms up to about 330 m². Annual rents span 6,000 to 70,000 JOD, with the middle near 15,500 JOD — a wider spread than Abdoun or Swefieh, because the Circles cover far more ground.
Which Circle
The 1st and 2nd sit in old Jabal Amman: smaller buildings, more character, steeper streets, less parking. The 3rd is the hinge between the old city and the new. The 4th and 5th are taller and more modern, and this is where most of the sale stock sits.
Sale prices around the 4th Circle are often quoted per square metre rather than as a total, which is normal for newer buildings. Where a listing here shows a rate, it is marked as one.

Everything on this page is real inventory, but a listing is a starting point rather than a guarantee. Availability, the final figure, and permission to show photography are confirmed with the owner before we arrange anything.
That is deliberate. It is a slower way to work, and it means we do not send you to see a property that was let last week.
